We are now nine months into the launch of the new pafc.co.uk website, Argyle app and Argyle TV service, and the club continues to learn, evolve and shape the platform to improve the fan experience – based on feedback from the Green Army.
We’ve had an encouraging first season since launching our own club-run service, with subscriptions at record levels and new fan-focused content like the Argyle podcast, hosted by Charlie Price, and our pre-show -match with Erin Black being very well received. .
Meanwhile, service has been steady and reliable, with the exception of the final 15 minutes of the Greens’ 4-1 win at Crewe Alexandra. Although extremely disappointing, we were also able to learn from this experience.
In our latest update, we’ve made some improvements to our website to make streaming matches easier for the Green Army, starting with this weekend’s trip to Bolton Wanderers.
Over the course of the season so far, user feedback has led us to identify and rectify two relatively common themes – one regarding paying for individual passes and the other regarding finding the live stream. on our website.
Fans will now notice that we have improved the streaming pass purchasing interface. Fans can now hover over the ‘TV’ button in the pafc.co.uk navigation bar and click on ‘Streaming Passes’ from the drop-down menu, which will take you to a landing page with match pass options depending on your region.
