Renovated US Wheat Associates website puts more emphasis on crop quality

US Wheat Associates (USW) recently launched its revamped website,, with an updated layout, improved organization and an expanded crop quality section that includes unique and individual pages for each of its six wheat classes.

“The pandemic has highlighted challenges and changes in the way people communicate and consume information around the world,” said Steelworkers communications director Amanda Spoo, who oversaw the update. “So, as we adapt, it’s important that our outreach continues to reflect the reliable service our customers have come to expect from US Wheat Associates and the long-standing trust they have in American farmers. The new website places a strong emphasis on the importance of the American wheat growers we represent and provides customers with expanded access to the information and vital resources they need to make purchasing decisions.

Focus on crop quality

The expansion of the site’s original crop quality section includes unique and individual pages for the six wheat classes and the existing crop report. Users can access these new pages through the ‘Crop Quality’ tab in the main menu at the top of the website. This section provides users with general wheat class information and additional detailed information on the 2021 US wheat crop. In addition to accessing the full 2021 USW Crop Quality report, available in Sept. languages, users can access individual regional class reports, an overview of US wheat inspection practices, and more.
